For nearly four decades,
I have worked where important decisions are made.
Across boardrooms,
international negotiations,
and high-stakes conversations—including several interviews with Irina Bokova, former Director-General of UNESCO.
That experience led me to develop Narrative Infrastructure—an approach to helping leaders navigate complexity between Japan and the world.
High-stakes Interpretation
High-stakes interpretation has shaped much of my work for more than three decades.
While this website focuses on Executive Advisory, I continue to support board meetings, negotiations and international conferences as a Japanese ⇄ English conference interpreter.
Many of the ideas behind Narrative Infrastructure have grown out of years spent supporting important conversations where clarity, judgement and trust matter.
